A handful of dates each season are kept for very special private occasions. The private rate keeps them within reach, while he still can. Same performer. Same standard. A smaller room.

How many guests can the show handle?

It is designed for intimate gatherings, roughly 6 to 20 guests, so everyone is close enough to be part of it. Hosting more? The mingling packages cover rooms up to 100 and beyond.

Where does it happen?

Anywhere your people gather: living rooms, Airbnbs, chalets, terraces, private dining rooms. A corner of the room is enough. Nothing to install, and Greater Montreal travel is included.

Should we keep it a surprise or tell the group?

Both work, and we plan either with you. A well-hyped surprise lands. What often works even better is announcing a special guest, or announcing Bao himself: the group looks up his work and the anticipation becomes part of the night, the way the build-up to a big trip is half the joy.

Splitting the cost for a bachelorette?

Very common, and easy. Between 15 guests the show works out to $100 each: one person books and pays online in about a minute, and the group settles up however they like.

My crowd is hard to impress. Will this land?

The hard-to-impress rooms are the favourites. Bao spends most of the year in front of executives and engineers who walk in skeptical. It happens in your guests’ own hands, so there is nothing to dismiss.

How do payments work?

Your invoice arrives instantly, payable by card through the secure link. Pay in full in one tap, or start with a 50% deposit and settle the balance on event day. The deposit portion is a non-refundable retainer: it takes your date off the market.

What if my date turns out to be unavailable?

Availability is confirmed as part of your booking. If a date is already contracted, you hear from us within hours and nothing is charged; any payment made is returned in full right away.
